Go to the movies, do a craft, or get into a favorite hobby. Research shows that 62% of people with depression feel better when they participate in a leisure time activity that they enjoy.
- SMALL PROJECTS
Be productive! According to research 79% of depressed people felt better after doing a productive task. Clean, organize a junk drawer, write out a to-do a list, or tackle some small project around the house so you can feel a sense of accomplishment.
