We are working in three verticals, Web & Application Development, Corporate Training & Digital Marketing services, We are partners with RED-HAT, CISCO, INGRAM, TIMES, COMPTIA, ZOHO, AMAZON, WOZTELL, FRESHERSWORLD etc..

Job Description:

1.HR Trainee :
 Payroll Management- Inputs, Draft Audit, Salary reconciliation, Provision Reports
 Attendance and Leave Management
 Finding right candidates for the organization as per requirement
 Must able to support Statutory Compliance & Legal. People Centric, Soft Spoken .
 Excellent written and oral communication
 Should be aware of Naukri, Shine, Times etc. portal
 Hands-on LinkedIn and other social media apps
 Handle grievances and Queries-Email Handling
 Should implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
 Needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

2.Sales Executive (IT Technical):
 Telephonic follow up of inquiries to drive walk-ins
 Making calls and explaining the prospects regarding course
 Counseling Candidates
 Maintaining various reports
 Tie up with new educational partners Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners
 Close new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
 Designing and developing Marketing and Sales Strategies
 Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed target
 An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3.Marketing Executive :
Candidates is responsible to sale training programs. Responsible to make cold calls and meet college HODs/TPOs, Directors at their office or Home. 20% Telesales – 80% Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Must have Good Communication Skills
 Basic Knowledge of computer (MS-word, Excel,PowerPoint)
 Knowledge of any CRM would be a Plus
 Confident & Presentable
