Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed time frames.
- Scheduling & coordinating timely interview schedules for candidates and managing any schedule changes accordingly.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and emails.
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
- Take full ownership of coordinating the recruitment process through pro-active communication.
