Job Description


  • Provide support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed time frames.
  • Scheduling & coordinating timely interview schedules for candidates and managing any schedule changes accordingly.
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and emails.
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
  • Take full ownership of coordinating the recruitment process through pro-active communication.
