Job Description ::
• To provide technical and service support and solutions to the customers
• Onsite Installation, configuration & monitoring the operation of the product
• Product Training and onsite support to customer
• NOC handling, Customer Interaction involving issue handling and resolution over chat , mails and phone • To prepare and provide product updates, information and materials to distributors and customers
• Assist in product demos
Eligible Department and Program ::
• Graduate in any Discipline
• Diploma in Linux, Hardware and Networking
• RHCE, CCNA certifications
Skills required ::
• Knowledge of basic commands and Linux / Unix system configuration
• Knowledge of networking concepts like LAN Troubleshooting, WAN etc,
• Knowledge of Networking Devices like switches and routes and Network Architecture
• Willingness to travel in/around Bangalore.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
Cost to Company (CTC) :: 2-4 LPA
