Job Description

The primary responsibilities of a Designer would be :

1. Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition
2. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing

Personal attributes:

1. Familiarity with appropriate design and visualization tools
2. Must be highly creative and innovative in designing

3. Must have a thorough knowledge about construction materials and accessories
4. Good mathematical and analytical skills
5. Good artistic skills
6. Good computer abilities, especially with design and drawing software
