Job Description

 Highly energetic and dynamic professional who is passionate about turning our customers dream of home buying, a seamless experience
 Thorough in interpretation and application of lending/credit policies, mortgage insurance guidelines, security valuations, credit history, etc, to understand our home buyers’ credit worthiness
 Strong in exercising sound judgment backed by analytical, problem solving skills including lending/ serviceability ratios
 Carrying impressive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our Australian frontline and leading lenders
 Strong in living cultural and ethical values to demonstrate sense of accountability, collaboration, excellence, integrity and respect
 Strong at managing risks while adhering to Group Credit Policies, Code of Banking and Responsible Lending Practices
 Effective in change management and delivery of desired strategic outcome
 Self-driven to deliver customer centric, accurate and timely customer outcomes as desired by organizational priorities
 Focused on constant learning, broadening perspectives and developing yourself as a thorough banker ANZ home lending is the place to be!!

Key Responsibilities

 Create and support a productive and innovative team, including working with peers, managers, and teams.
 Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
 Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to effectively solve problems.
 Apply knowledge gained in computer science courses to real-world problems
 Experience with Data Structures or Algorithms gathered from inside or outside of school or work (including open source hobby coding).
 Experience working with some of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
 Available to work full time for a minimum of 6 months outside of university term time.
 Ability to speak and write in English fluently
