Job Description
Highly energetic and dynamic professional who is passionate about turning our customers dream of home buying, a seamless experience
Thorough in interpretation and application of lending/credit policies, mortgage insurance guidelines, security valuations, credit history, etc, to understand our home buyers’ credit worthiness
Strong in exercising sound judgment backed by analytical, problem solving skills including lending/ serviceability ratios
Carrying impressive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our Australian frontline and leading lenders
Strong in living cultural and ethical values to demonstrate sense of accountability, collaboration, excellence, integrity and respect
Strong at managing risks while adhering to Group Credit Policies, Code of Banking and Responsible Lending Practices
Effective in change management and delivery of desired strategic outcome
Self-driven to deliver customer centric, accurate and timely customer outcomes as desired by organizational priorities

Key Responsibilities
Create and support a productive and innovative team, including working with peers, managers, and teams.
Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to effectively solve problems.
Apply knowledge gained in computer science courses to real-world problems
Experience with Data Structures or Algorithms gathered from inside or outside of school or work (including open source hobby coding).
Experience working with some of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
Available to work full time for a minimum of 6 months outside of university term time.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
